Zuchini with Ground Lamb

Steps:
- In a sauté pan over medium heat soften onions, garlic and shallot in olive oil, about 5 minutes.
- Add lamb and brown. Add zucchini and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add spices and continue to simmer until zucchini is softened, about 5 minutes.
