Sloppy Joe Sandwiches / Stroganoff Burgers

8 to 10 servings

1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon flour
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 to 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  1. Brown bacon, add beef and brown. Add onion, cook until tender but not brown. Drain off excess fat.
  2. Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered for 20 minutes. Stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
  4. Serve over toasted sesame hamburger buns.
