Guacamole

onion, chopped |
| 1⁄2 cup |
medium salsa |
| 2 teaspoons |
Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 1⁄2 teaspoons |
garlic salt |
| 1⁄4 cup |
lemon or lime juice |

tabasco sauce to taste |
Steps:
- Peel and seed avocados and mash in a bowl.
- Add onions and salsa and stir well, mashing the avocados.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, tabasco and citrus juice. Stir well and taste.
- Adjust garlic salt and Tabasco as needed. Chill with pits in the guacamole to prevent it from turning brown. Serve with corn chips.
