Smorbruller

As a general rule all Swedish cookies are baked until just barely browned.

2 sticks butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar, more for rolling
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Roll dough into small balls about 3/4” in diameter. Bake o a cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes or until just slightly browned. Roll in powdered sugar.
