Rosemary Potatoes

These potatoes go great with lamb

4 to 6 servings

2 lb. red potatoes, small
1 tablespoon rosemary, crushed
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
to taste salt and pepper

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. If potatoes are large, cut in half. Mix potatoes with olive oil and spices.
  3. Place potatoes in a roasting pan and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir once or twice.
