Rosemary Potatoes
These potatoes go great with lamb
4 to 6 servings
2 lb. |
red potatoes, small |
1 tablespoon |
rosemary, crushed |
2-3 tablespoons |
olive oil |
to taste |
salt and pepper |
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- If potatoes are large, cut in half. Mix potatoes with olive oil and spices.
- Place potatoes in a roasting pan and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir once or twice.
