Bruschetta with 3 Toppings

Great assorted appetizer for company. It is made ahead and everyone helps themselves.

About 40 bruschetta

2 24” loaves of French Baguette bread
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
1/3 cup olive oil
Recipe

Steps:

  1. Mix olive oil and pressed garlic in a bowl.
  2. Cut bread into 1⁄4” slices. Slice at an angle so that slices are long and narrow.
  3. Place slices on a cookie sheet and lightly brush the tops with the garlic and oil mixture.
  4. Broil, oil side up, until bread just starts to brown on the edges, about 3 minutes. Cool.
